Booking your Appointment
From the moment you call to set up your first appointment, you feel your apprehensions melt away as you speak with our highly trained staff. We listen-and pair you with the color specialist best suited to your hair's texture and style.
Consultation
Our color specialists provide expert advice about how to achieve the hair color you want. Sometimes, your desired hair color can be achieved using a base color; sometimes with highlights and lowlight; and sometimes with a combination of two or three of these color services. Your specific color specialist provides swatches and pictures to ensure the desired outcome, so that you will walk out of our doors feeling gorgeous and confident!

Whether you're looking to cover the grey, add some "oomph" to your current color, or change your hair color completely, Splash hair colorists have the expertise to provide a base color (overall hair color) that makes hair look vibrant and luminous. Our hair designers are also expertly trained in applying highlights and lowlights to amplify your overall color.
- Highlights are strands of hair colored with a shade that is lighter than the base color.
- Lowlights are strands of hair colored with a shade that is darker than the base color.
Highlights and lowlights can be applied onto your natural hair color or can be integrated into your overall base color to add more depth and dimension.
Splash Salon also offers Color Correction for those who get less-than-satisfactory results at another beauty salon or from an at-home coloring experiment. Our color specialists are experts in correcting color blunders to bring out the best in your hair color and restore your natural beauty!
Training and Experience = Fabulous Color
All of our hair designers are specifically trained on color formulation and color placement, and must complete an intense and vigorous apprenticeship before they become independent designers within our beauty salon. Once our hair designers complete their apprenticeship training, they are provided with continuing color education every month (whether they have been coloring hair for 15 months or 15 years) to stay abreast of the latest coloring trends and techniques.
