Before you step foot in our salon, our highly trained staff determines your hair type (thick, fine, long, straight, curly, etc.) by asking important questions when you book your first appointment. Then, we expertly match you with the specific designer who can best achieve your desired look.
Consultation
When you arrive, you discuss your goals and desires for your haircut with your hair designer. Based on the information you provide, the designer explains how to best achieve your desired look so that it is tailored to the shape of your face, your unique features and, most importantly, to your vision.
